We at First Baptist Church-Tonkawa have a simple hope, to see people come to know Jesus Christ and grow in their Christian faith. Since 1886 we've been helping spread God's good news in our hometown and throughout the world. We pray that God will continue to use our congregation in many fruitful ways. Whether you've been attending Church for years or haven't stepped inside in decades, we hope you'll come and join us some Sunday.
We have a well-staffed nursery and children’s Sunday School Classes. With plenty of room with restrooms, sanctuary, and of course…. coffee and breakfast treats.
During the service, you'll hear our faith expressed in the songs we sing, prayers we offer up, and a solid sermon. All parts of our service are grounded in the Bible, which we are committed to upholding.
